Blog Tour - Seducing The Tycoon By MK Meredith

About the Book:

He’ll play dirty to protect his assets—but falling for the competition was never the plan.

International tycoon Drago De Luca has the world at his feet and he knows it. But back home in Italy, his beloved grandmother’s family inn is on the verge of closing down for good, thanks to hotshot American heiress, Chase Huntington, and her new hotel. Drago has to protect Nonna’s inn, even if it means getting close enough to Chase to convince her she needs to leave. But the more time he spends with Chase, the more he’s drawn to her passion, her love of his culture, and the way she looks in those Louis Vuitton heels.

Chase Huntington would give anything to enjoy her time with charming, sexy-as-hell Drago in the style capital of the world, but she has to make sure the new Huntington hotel opens successfully. How else can she prove she’s not just fashionista with a fortune—she’s an heiress savvy enough to take over the family’s biggest hotel back in California? But somewhere between boutiques and business plans, she falls head over Louboutins for Drago. But when Drago’s true motive for spending so much time with her comes to light, it could destroy everything Chase built and everything she thought she found in Italy.

REVIEW

When I  heard  about Seducing  The  Tycoon I got so excited, at first  I heard  about the  male love interest and immediately thought I need to more about him ,so when I got the chance to read this book early I was thrilled and I dived into this story as soon as I possibly  could and I  thoroughly enjoyed it! Seducing the Tycoon was fantastic !

In this  book  we  mainly  follow  Drago and  and Chase , I absolutely  loved these two characters. The minute I saw them in there very first  scene together  I was sold on there relationship and I needed  see them to be together , the chemistry  between these two was of the charts. Chase comes to Drago's beautiful hometown in Italy to start up a new hotel   and Drago is there because  his family inn is on the verge of  closing  and  he is  trying to  fix it ,and on top of  that the opening of Chase's  hotel  and  reopening  of  Drago's family inn are on the same night so you can  see how this could cause potential problems and there was a few  time where I was  worried  how  it was going to work between them when x and Y happened, however my worrying went in vain because in this story I got to watch these two  people who don't easily trust  let down there walls  and fall in love each other   every moment these two shared had me rooting for them , by the  end of this book I was very invested in there story and that exactly what I want to happen when I read a book .I love   where this book  set in I wish I could visit Ferrara so  bad!. With a the sexy romance ,  the fantastic cast of characters , the beautiful setting and the plot that had me turning  the pages needing to  know what is going happen next  n Drago's and Chase;'s story . MK Meredith creates a fantastic story with seducing the tycoon .

Seducing The Tycoon  was a sexy , fun, swoon worthy  story. Drago and Chase got an ending that was  absolutely  perfect for them , every sexy, sweet , emotional moment  between them came together and brought them exactly where they needed to be at the end of this book . I am very excited to see what  Mk Meredith writes  next . If you love all these things in your books I suggest  you get  a copy  when it comes out  September  19 , 2016 .

Q&A

Where did the Idea for Seducing the Tycoon come from?
Chase Huntington was Addi Dekkers best friend in Malibu Secrets, and she really needed her own story. I wanted to start a new series that was surrounded in decadence and hot alpha heroes. What better way than to take my heroines abroad? An all things Italian have been a favorite fantasy of mine since I was very young. The culture, the sites, the foodthe MEN. So of course I had to start there. And what a delicious journey it turned out to be!

Can you carry us through what your writing process looks like?
When I start a new story, I work out the plot, starting with my hero and heroine and what their goals, motivations, and conflicts are. Then I work through how I want the story to progress, build, and end, taking notes as I go. Sometimes my characters are like, are you drunk?! and change things on me, but the direction helps to keep me on track.
As far as sitting down to write. My goal is 2,000 words a day Monday through Friday. Being able to spend time with my sexy hubby (oh, baby!) and smoochie-faced kiddos (heart squeeze) is very important to me. I lost my mom from breast cancer when I was young and have just overcome the scary disease myself, so I dont want to miss out on this wonderful chance to make memories. I try to keep my evenings and weekends for them. Every now and then, when deadlines are tight I do what I need to dobut that schedule is usually my goal.
When its time to write, I make sure I have my beverage of choice and lip balm, I have my notes, read through the previous chapter, and then start writing. I actually prefer to write with people around, however this summer with my kiddos and their friends running around the house, I found that all the words on the page, in my head, and all around me made my brain hurt. But the soothing sound of running water eased my brain pain like a charm. Thank you YouTube! Now thats it quieter once again, Ill have to add some noise. Back to my favorite jams and Coffitivity! (( super cool website that gives the white noise of a coffee shop) LOL!

We all love books. What are some of your favorite books?
I read so many different kinds of books, and I often have multiple books going at any given time. Ive always loved Nora Roberts books; The Villa is one of my favorites. Im a HUGE fan of historicals and cant pick only one, but Stephanie Laurens and Victoria Alexander are big faves and I got hooked on Tessa Dares Spindle Cove series!
Ive read Eat, Pray, Love multiple times. I love the fact that a woman got the opportunity to go find herself in a world that never supports such a thing. What a gift.
And I just finished, Dear Scott, Dearest Zelda, The Love Letters of F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald and found it incredibly intriguing!

Describe Seducing the Tycoon in 5 words?
Decadent, Delicious, Sexy, Heartfelt, and Satisfying

What are you working on right now writing wise?
I am currently writing a short novella for a super fun project being announced next month. (squeeee!) I am preparing to submit book 2 in this International Temptation series that is set in Barcelona. (so excited!!) Im working on the first book of a new single title series called, Love on the Cape, a Cape Van Buren novel, that is very atmospheric, has a hint of womens fiction and as always includes the steam. (coming June of 2017)

Thank you so much for having me! I love thinking about the questions you asked and how much writing shapes my life and love.
Hugs, loves, and peanut butter!
